School of Music

Welcome to the New Braunfels School of Music. We appreciate your interest in our lesson program. Please review our registration application.  This process can be completed online or at out store location.

Registration:

  • A $25.00, non-refundable, annual fee is required for all students. 

  • Lessons are once per week and last ½ hour.

  • A monthly, flat rate of $90.00 is due regardless of the number of weeks used per month.

  • Single Lessons are available for $25.00 but may only be booked the day of the lesson.

Payment:

  • Your flat rate tuition payment and registration fee are due at the time of booking.

  • Payment for any subsequent booking will be due upon the last lesson of the last month of your current lesson schedule.

  • Late fees will be applied to any deliquent payments. (See “Late Fees” below).

Absences/Makeup Lessons:

  • In the event that an instructor is absent, a credit will be applied to your account.

  • If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, it is at the instructor's descretion as to how and when a make-up lesson will be given.

Late Fees:

  • If you request additional lessons but forget to make payment, the lessons will automatically be scheduled and billed to your account.

  • A 7-day grace period will be granted to all delinquent accounts before the late fee is applied.

  • At the end of the grace period, a $15.00 fee will be assessed to your account.

  • If no payment is received by the 2nd lesson of the month in question, the remaining lessons will be cancelled and your account will be invoiced for the full month’s lessons.

Lesson Termination:

  • To stop automatic scheduling and billing, a cancellation form must be filled out at least two weeks prior to the end of lessons. Cancellation forms are available in the store.

  • Any student who terminates lessons without written notice and wishes to return at a later date, will be considered a new student and the registration fee will apply.
