New Braunfels Music

Welcome to the New Braunfels School of Music. We appreciate your interest in our lesson program. Please review our registration application.  This process can be completed online or at out store location.

Registration

·        $25.00 new student registration fee. This fee will cover student performance showcases, events, and administrative costs of the program.

Tuition Rates

·        All lessons are one half hour, given once a week. Tuition is non-refundable.

·        One month recurring: $90.00 flat rate, for a month (4 half hour long weekly lessons).

·        Single lessons: $25.00 single lesson may only be booked the day of the lesson.

Payment

·        Initial registration fee and tuition payment are due at the time of enrollment

·        In order to continue enrollment payment must be received on the last lesson of the current month. Failure to reenroll may subsequently cause the loss of the student's timeslot and require rescheduling to a new time. 

Absences/Makeup Lesson

·        If an instructor is absent the student will be given a credit in the amount of 20.75 applicable to the next month’s lessons.

·        Make-up lessons given as a result of a student absence are reserved for the fifth week of any month.

·        If no make-up lessons are due, the fifth lesson of the month will act as a bonus lesson at no charge.

Lesson Termination

·        If a student wishes to voluntarily terminate their lesson program, we ask that he/she fill out a cancellation form with at least one weeks notice.

·        Cancellation forms may be obtained from any NB Music employee.

·        Any student who terminates lessons without written notice and wishes to return at a later date will be considered a new student and the registration fee will apply.
